In 1:07 - 1:35, President Kennedy calls the USA a Republic - not a Democracy, but a Republic.

"Without debate, without criticism, no administration and no country can succeed, and no Republic can survive."

Kinda prophetic -

In my quest to find out the first president to start inaccurately calling the USA a Democracy, I was somewhat stunned to hear Kennedy refer to the USA using the correct terminology.

Kinda made my day to hear him call it that. :)
